I was exhausted with the city life & wanted a short tour. I wanted to go to place absolutely in the midst of the nature. I went to the Sajek valley with some of my colleagues. Felt like we are in the nature's womb. It is very remote area, so modern facilities like electricity, mobile network, safe drinking water are not very available here. But this place fulfilled my purpose of a tour to the best.

As the deep clouds & sudden rain on the valley is the key attraction, so the rainy season (June to September) is the best time to travel Sajek Valley. But it's always worth a visit.

The view from Sajek valley is heavenly. It's green all around. You will be able to see clouds floating around the hill. You will also be able to enjoy fresh fruits and vegetables grown on the hill. The view is very difficult to explain. Let it be a surprise for you. But trust me, you will love it there. Being in the top of a hill, there's a scarcity of safe drinking water there. So bring your own if you can.
