Hatiya Island is an island in the northern Bay of Bengal, Bangladesh, at the mouth of the Meghna river. The Island falls under Hatiya Upazila of Noakhali District. The island has an area of 480km2. The island is one of the most beautiful island in Bangladesh.

Smaller islands of the group lie to the west of South Hatia Island in the Shahbazpur River. The larger of the Hatia Islands are connected by ferry with the mainland. It's 136 kilometers from the capital of the country.
