There are around 176 plant species in the forest, including 73 tree species, 22 scrub species, 27 climbers, 45 medicinal plants, 8 grass types, and 1 palm species. Sal trees cover around 40% of the forest area. Many different varieties of trees may be found in the forest, including Bahera, Amalaki, Halud Amra, Jiga, Bhadi, Ashwath, Bot, Sarpagandha, Asparagus, Joyna, Bidha, Behula, various types of hill potatoes, shati, and many nameless trees.
