This place is a bit expensive as the cable car charges 500 per student and the cafes are not so reasonable. The place is a bit crowded but the view is mesmerizing. It is a fun sport and also has a separate children's playground.

Situated around a short way from Kathmandu, the Chandragiri Hills complex will give you a decent perspective on the city, just as an interesting encounter. The Cable Car ride requires around 10 minutes every way, and I was fortunate to visit on a day with little groups - perhaps because it was quite cool and somewhat overcast. There are a few eateries and the chance to go somewhat higher to the review region and sanctuary at the 'top'.

Astonishing slopes show the all-encompassing perspective on the Himalayas. With a telescope, you can have a brief look at Mount Everest. Extremely spotless and unadulterated.
